Privacy Policy
This document, pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679, provides users consulting the InterimPRO website with certain information on the processing and protection of their personal data.
DATA PROCESSED AND PURPOSES
DATA PROVIDED DIRECTLY BY THE USER
The personal data provided by the user in an optional, explicit and voluntary manner are used for the purpose of processing any requests made (for example, when requesting information or explanations by telephoning the numbers indicated on the site or writing to the e-mail addresses therein).
NAVIGATION DATA
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
This information is not collected in order to be associated with identified interested parties, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.
This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation addresses of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the user's operating system and IT environment.
The data, collected in this way, could be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of any computer crimes to the detriment of the site.

With regard to cookies, please refer to the specific cookie policy prepared also on the basis of the indications provided by the Privacy Guarantor Authority in its ruling of 8 May 2014.
NATURE OF DATA PROVISION
With the exception of browsing data, which are necessary for computer and telematic protocols, the provision of personal data by users is free and optional. However, failure to provide such data will make it impossible to proceed with the requests forwarded or that the user intends to forward.
PROCESSING METHODS
Data processing is carried out using electronic media. The data is stored in electronic archives with the adoption of the minimum security measures provided for by the legislator. The data will be kept for the time strictly necessary to process the requests of the interested party and in any case within 48 months.
Data collected from users is stored within the European Economic Area ("EEA") but may be transferred to and processed in a country outside the EEA. Any transfer of personal data will be made in accordance with applicable laws.
DISCLOSURE AND DISSEMINATION
The data collected will not be disclosed or communicated to third parties without the express consent of the data subject, without prejudice to any requests by the competent authorities as required by law.
InterimPRO does not transfer, sell or exchange users' personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data forwarded to third parties is only used to provide our services to the user.
RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
The data subject may assert the following rights at any time by contacting the data controller by sending an email to info@interimpro.co.
Right of access: The data subject shall have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him/her exist, regardless of their being already recorded, and communication of such data in intelligible form.
Right of portability: Whenever InterimPRO processes the user's personal data by automated means on the basis of the user's consent, or on the basis of an agreement, the user has the right to obtain a copy of the data transferred to the user or to another party, in a commonly used format, in structured and electronically readable form. This only includes personal data sent to us by the user.
Right of rectification: The data subject has the right to request the rectification of personal data if it is incorrect, including the right to request the completion of incomplete personal data.
Right of deletion: The user has the right to delete any personal data processed by InterimPRO at any time.
User's right to object to the processing of data based on legitimate interests: The user has the right to object to the processing of personal data based on the legitimate interest of InterimPRO, which will therefore not continue to process the personal data unless it can demonstrate a legitimate basis for the processing, which overrides the user's interests and rights or for legal reasons.
Right of restriction: You have the right to request that InterimPRO restrict the processing of your personal data in the following circumstances: - if you object to the processing of InterimPRO based on a legitimate interest, it shall restrict all processing of such data until such time as the legitimate interest is verified; - if you claim that your personal data is incorrect, InterimPRO shall restrict all processing of such data until such time as the accuracy of the data is verified. - if the processing is not legitimate, you can object to the deletion of your personal data and request a restriction of their use instead - if InterimPRO no longer needs the personal data but they are necessary for the user to set up a legal defense.
DATA CONTROLLER
The Data Controller is InterimPRO.
A InterimPRO does not transfer, sell or exchange users' personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data forwarded to third parties is only used to provide our services to the user.
Right to complain to a competent supervisory authority: If you believe that InterimPRO is processing your personal data incorrectly, you may notify us directly, or you may file a complaint with a competent supervisory authority.
Updates to our Privacy Policy: Updates to this Privacy Policy may be necessary; users will be notified of any material changes to the Privacy Policy.
